- Dusting and dry abrasive soil removal
- Rugs are washed front and back,
- Hung to dry in a climate controlled drying room
- The fringes are hand washed
- Post inspection, if need be, the area rug will go through the process again to insure maximum amount of soil and staining is removed. Some rugs may require a second wash (at no extra charge).

Long term storage of natural fiber area rugs is not recommended as dampness & darkness is the perfect recipe for mold growth.
